World Tour 2003-04 Volume 2 is the second of two albums in a series from Dr. C and the Predicates, following up the previous release World Tour 2003-04 Volume 1. This time, it was met with more success, as three singles were released from it, giving the album a #2 peak, and certifying it Platinum. The album includes the hit singles Faceless Crowd/So Sad, So Lonely, as well as Lyin' In The Sun and their duet with Emma Button, The Love Was Lost, which was the only track not written by the band themselves; Emma herself wrote it.

Despite being a last-minute addition to the album, Lyin' In The Sun became the album's biggest hit, and only platinum single. Hit singles

   * Faceless Crowd/So Sad, So Lonely #3
