Nothing Left To Say is the second release from Esmeralda Dimuzio's Greatest Hits album. It's a song written about an abusive relationship of the past, and how she must recover from it and not let it bog her down.
The song is one of several new tracks recorded for the greatest hits album, and one Esmeralda had always planned for single release.
During the promotion for the single, Esmeralda had a brief hook-up with popstar Ryan Dawson; however, he soon dumped her and she went missing. However, when she was found, she had suffered amnesia! During her disappearance, Alias Records executives had commissioned a computer-animated video featuring Essie in the future, not remembering her career until old fans jogged her memory. Ironically enough, the video was what helped Essie regain her memory in the real world!
This was Esmeralda's last single for a year, until she announced a return in 2009 with her single False Hopes.
The single reached #6 in the singles chart, beaten by releases from Tika Yuki, Indigo Peak and Carl Reeves, along with holdovers from Jack Stevens and Taylor Brookes.
