Extra Credit will be the debut EP from the American indie pop band Curriculum. It is planned, but not yet confirmed, to be released sometime in the late summer or autumn of 2012. All of the songs on EP have been confirmed to have been written by all of the members of Curriculum with the exception of Shawn Middlesbrough, who has been confirmed to produce all of the songs on the EP instead and with the exception of one song titled "Im Nin'Alu", which is a popular Hebrew song from the 1980's. The EP was originally titled Summer School EP and was supposed to be released on 18 June 2012, the same week that the summer solstice was to begin. However, due to various but unclear reasons, the EP was postponed and the band confirmed that they changed the title of the EP to Extra Credit. The EP is meant to be a "companion piece" of sorts to the band's debut album Syllabus. It will be released on its own as the band denied rumors that they would be re-releasing Syllabus with Extra Credit tacked on to it.

The band confirmed that the EP will not have any official singles, except technically one ("Teamwork"), and that all of the songs lifted from the album will be promotional singles. To date, the EP has spawned one upcoming promotional single titled "British" which due to be released digitally on and streaming services on 2 July 2012, though "British" will be a bonus track to the EP and not on the main tracklisting. Lead singer Gregory Preston Anthasiadis confirmed that the EP's second promotional single will be "Im Nin'Alu", a cover of the popular Ofra Haza song from the 1980s.

The band has confirmed that they have completed the EP and will be announcing its release soon.
